Become a Friend of Hospice

As a Friend of Hospice, you will receive the quarterly newsletter, Choices, and you will hear from us about new programs and services. You will also hear about legislative issues that impact end-of-life care.

Our newsletter Choices is mailed three times a year and offers new educational materials, current research and articles relating to end-of-life. Choices plays a critical role in providing information and support regarding significant issues to individuals and their families and to the Friends of Hospice. The newsletter is mailed to all current donors, to Friends of Hospice, and to others who are interested.
